TG Forms

For any activity in the Air Cadets that is off the squadron you need to complete a TG 21 form.

 

For any additional medical conditions you will also need to complete a TG 23 form.

Flying Forms

For any flying activity in the Air Cadets you need to complete an Av Med Form.

To apply for the Air Cadet Pilot Scheme(ACPS) you need to complete a 2FTS 011 form.
