Shooting

Cadets shoot a range of weapons in the Air Cadets. They start on the Scorpion Air Rifle before moving onto the No.8 .22 Rifle. Then cadets progress onto the L98A2, a semi-automatic rifle. If they are a good shot they can fire the L81A2 Target Rifle at shooting competitions.

Cadets can gain marksman badges for shooting to a high standard, these are shown on the What We Do page.
